Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Return
- Contact us at admin@united-wholesales.com with your order number
- Provide the reason for return and any relevant photos if items are damaged
- We will provide you with return instructions and authorization
- Pack items securely in their original packaging
- Ship items back using a tracked service
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We cover return shipping and send correct item free of charge
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products (unless defective)
- Perishable goods past their expiry date
- Products with broken seals (unless defective)
- Custom or special order items
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
